Warranty
Cigar Oasis, Inc. warrants Cigar Oasis electronics module against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year after date of purchase. The water cartridge is warranted only for initial defects in materials or workmanship causing leakage during warranty period only. Cigar Oasis, Inc. at its option will either repair or replace products that prove to be defective. To obtain warranty service, call Cigar Oasis, Inc. to obtain a return authorization number. You will then need to send unit at owner’s expense along with proof of purchase including purchase date to: Cigar Oasis, Inc., 2586 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow, NY 11554		      
      Exclusions
The warranty of your CIGAR OASIS only applies to the original purchaser at retail and may not be transferred. This warranty only covers defects arising under normal usage and shall not apply to defects or damage resulting from the following: Unauthorized modifications or repairs, misuse and use with improper line voltage.		      
      Limitations
No other warranty, whether written or oral, is expressed or implied. Under no circumstances shall Cigar Oasis, Inc. be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, or incidental arising out of the use of or inability to use this product. Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. However, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness is limited to the one-year duration of this written warranty.
