This is the perfect ashtray for enjoying a good cigar in the outdoors.

Great boat ashtray

Added rubber antiskid pads to the bottom. Use it on one of the deck tables on my boat. Works great. I was tired of cigar ashes blowing all over the deck. It’s always windy on the water so this ashtray solves the problem. I really like it.

Thoughtful Design that Could Use Slight Improvements

I really like this ashtray, especially for use outdoors. I used mine on a boat and it was nice to keep the cigar and the ashes protected from wind. It would be nice, however, if there was a feature to keep the lid locked in place to prevent it from accidentally being knocked off the top of the tray, especially during transport. Also, some rubber feet or pad on the bottom would be nice to prevent it from slipping while on the boat table. Overall, though, it’s a nice ashtray.
