Cigar Oasis Excel Replacement Water Cartridge

Had an Excel 3.0 unit for maybe a year and then all of a sudden it stopped working for no reason at all. I kept it full of water and never let it ran dry. Contacted Cigar Oasis and they never got back to me. Hope someone will read this and also the one I sent through their site and get back to me. I heard so much about these units!

Works fine, only problem is unit has NEVER "flashed" to let me know it's in need of a refill, so i have to check up on it manually. Minor, very minor irritation, if there was a "4 1/2" rating, I'd use it.

this was my second purchase .Really nice folks. there was a problem with a short shipment. they corrected it immediately. I will continue to use them going forward.

I have been using the excel model humidifier in my 50 cigar humidor for many years. It stopped being effective until I bought the replacement cartridge...All good, now.
