Excel Replacement Water Cartridge

I was very skeptical at first set up is very easy soak the unit in water that's distilled remove it from the water make sure it's not overflowed put the motor on top of the unit set it and forget it I am using it for a 500 count unit

Wasn’t sure why I was losing my humidity level. Basically needed a new reservoir once I got it installed it. It took a couple days but now I am holding humidity perfectly thank you.

I’ve had this unit for at least three years, maybe four and it works well. I enjoy it. Keep my cigars in tiptop shape for smoking and have even purchased one for a friend.

An excellent product! I have had the Oasis Excel humidifier for many years. The air is very dry here in Colorado, but this little unit keeps up fine in my 200-cigar humidor. I have to fill it about once or twice a month (summer vs winter) and I have gone through a few cartridges. They last about two years. I ordered a replacement cartridge this year, but it was slow in getting shipped. I poked them with an email. The next day I got an email notice that it had shipped. Got it today and I was totally surprised that they had included a really nice cigar cutter with my order!! A really, nice metal one! Thank you very much. Great customer service!
